Saint Paraskevi of Rome (Ἁγία Παρασκευή).

She is depicted as a holy woman, wearing traditional robes and holding a scroll and a bowl. The Greek inscription to the left of the haloed figure reads Ἁγία Παρασκευή (“Saint Paraskevi”).

Saint Paraskevi is venerated as a martyr and is especially known as a healer of the blind and patron saint of vision problems. Her feast day is celebrated on July 26 in the Orthodox Church.
